If you cannot make the meeting a special date will be set up for Bulk ticket pick-up, date and time to be determined. The special date will be sent out in a special news blast. If you cannot make this date please try to find someone who can pick them up and sign for you. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to pick up your tickets.

The Hamden Ski Club and Bulk Ticket coordinator is only responsible for taking orders, not delivering. Our club order was several thousand tickets. When these tickets are received they must be counted and verified that the order is correct. Then the order must be separated into members individual orders, when this is done each order must be verified that your membership is paid. Yolanda is not authorized or compensated by the Hamden Ski Club to travel across the state to accommodate individual member’s demands.

If you cannot make these dates, then send Yolanda the $25.00 to mail you your tickets, payment must be received before the tickets are mailed. This can take up to 14 days, so don’t expect your tickets in 2-3 days, as this is also the height of the Christmas season.

Send checks made out to the Hamden Ski Club to Yolanda Dolce.

Due to privacy, email Yolanda for her mailing address.

PLEASE NOTE: Killington, Stratton, Stowe and Jay Peak are all RDIF (radio frequency) Tickets. If you have more than one ticket on you, they will ALL be read and voided and the mountains will not replace them…… or give them credit at the end of the year. As far as the mountain is concerned you used the ticket…. So PLEASE carry only ONE ticket on you when skiing.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a misprint on the Stratton Tickets, they are valid any day of the week and are valid on holidays and non holiday. There are no restrictions on the use of the CSC vouchers at Stratton.

PLEASE NOTE: Meeting begins at 7:30pm and the tickets will NOT be available until then.

PLEASE NOTE: Bulk tickets are for ski club members only. These tickets cannot be used or sold to anyone.
